Couple of interesting tidbits:

First is a full image of the Joker, showing the make-up and costume.

Second, it appears that Punisher: War Zone (Punisher 2) will be released on September 12, 2008.
 
I can't wair for the second Punisher. The first was freakin' awesome.
 
Punisher 2 seems cool.

I dunno what to make of the Joker image. I think it needs less Caeser Romero and more Jack Nicholson to be brutally honest with people.
