Sign Ups Fun Times in a Region Without a Name

So this an RP through a made up region. Your character is a trainer who has not begun their journey and has one or none pokemon. They are then invited to a new mysterious region to be the first group of trainers to challenge it's eight gyms. I will not be a fellow trainer. As the GM I will use my posts to guide you through the region. How this will work is I will describe where people are, what pokemon are around, and size and time it takes to get through the place. I will control the gym leaders and many npcs. However as the RPer you will of course be able to add to the region as long as you don't go over the top with something like bulbasaur is worshiped as the god of the region (actually that sounds fun...). For the most part you get to decide how your pokemon grow and what you catch as I feel confident that I won't have to worry about someone's bagon becoming a salamence after two battles. Likewise I expect you guys to be able to sort out battles with each other without interference, but if at any time I feel the need to then I will.

Now then about the pokemon-you get to choose your first pokemon. It can be shiny, it can be fully evolved if you have a good reason, and it can be legendary. Everyone can have one legendary that is not of a version mascot nor Zygarde, or Mewtwo, or Arceus. They are not stronger than normal pokemon, and by this I mean that their strength and skill is dependent on how their trainer has raised, same as any normal pokemon.

I want this RP to take aspects from game and anime and I want it to be something new.

Rules/Other important crap.
-All BMG rules
-GM word is very important and in some cases law

-Seriously do not have them going "Bulbasaur". The only exception is pikachu...because unfortunately it's canon....
-Moves are taught by TMs, and TMs are discs.
-No four move limit.
-Six pokemon limit exists.
-No talking pokemon unless the pokemon does it in game, or it's pokedex entries say it can.
-Want a character like N? Go ahead.
-Pokedexes do not exist, or rather you won't have them.
-Feel free to be related to gym leaders and e4 and whatever. Just don't mess up each others backstories. This has no specific timeline.
-I will create a communication device that you will get at one point early.
-Contests, pokemon musicals, pokemon showcases, etc. All that crap exists and you don't have to challenge gyms if you don't want to.

Name:Camille O'Brien
Gender: Female
Age: 11
Goal: League winner
Appearance: Camille is a fair-skinned individual who stands at 5'4" with a slim build. Her hair is brown and in a chin-length bob cut, and her eyes are chestnut brown. She constantly wears long-sleeved turtleneck sweaters knee-length skirts with leggings and thigh high boots.
History: Camille is the daughter of Christopher and Victoria O'Brien, a retired Champion and Top Coordinator, respectively. Having made many appearances with her parents, Camille herself is a celebrity. When she turned ten, she received an Absol from her parents. Her mother had one, so it was her favorite Pokémon. She decided to wait a year to make her debut.
Pokemon: An Absol named Pandora that she got as a birthday present. She constantly carries an Absolite, but it's useless because Camille doesn't have a Keystone.

Name: Alceste
Gender: Male
Age: 11
Goal: To get a lifetime supply of food that actually lasts more than a day (probs by beating gyms and stuffs)
Appearance: Alceste is a rather short and pudgy kid That gained that form by eating way too much croissants and sandwiches, which you can almost always find in his hands. He has short blond hair and brown eyes with a very rounded face. He wears wears a red t-shirt and brown shorts. Other than that, there is not much else to say about him, as he does not have many distinguishing features. (except maybe some jelly left over on his face)
History: The 11 year old Alceste was simply just a student in Kalos, and absolutely nothing really interesting or out of the ordinary was ever happening to him. He was just a regular kid; he ate food, learned math, got in fights (after he finished his 4 sandwiches first), and overall, had a mostly Pokemon-free life. Recently, however, a raffle was sent to his school, allowing one student to go to a distant region to go on an adventure, and sure enough, our little round hero won.
Pokemon: Just give me a random one, or one you think will fit
Other: Likes any food (if you haven't noticed).

Name: Kazama Murasame
Gender: Female
Age: 16
Goal: League Champion
Appearance: Kazama is a rather petite girl, with jet-black pigtails that reach halfway down her back. The tips are dyed a crimson shade, and her eyes are a wondrous teal color. She is rather undersized for her age, and considerably thin. Her clothing hangs off her gaunt frame, making her seem a little frail. Her default expression can be described as a guarded smile.
History: Kazama grew up as a lone child to a gym leader in Hoenn, her mother having died whilst giving birth to her. She went to school, and rarely saw her father, seeing how busy he was with challengers. Kazama, not being one to blame her father for this, lived a very quiet homelife, for the most part deprived of any parental figures. Though, one day, she grew so tired of this, that she ran away from home. She boarded a departing ship as a stowaway, determined to leave her life in Lilycove City behind. Once her father had realized that Kazama ran away and was nowhere to be found, he sent one of his Pokemon, a Darkrai, after her. It has been with her ever since that fateful day.
Pokemon: Darkrai
Other: She can understand her Darkrai's speech and thoughts, due to their close bond.

As a side note, please do tell me if I need to fix anything. I was incredibly tired while writing this.

We would love to have you. I have no plans on closing sign ups in case others want to join in later. I just want to make sure the current applicants are still game. As long as three or more are willing then I'll start the RP either tomorrow or Tuesday.

Name: Egon Nurtason
Gender: Male
Age: 21
Goal: Before coming to Mysteregion it was to rise to the top of the Team and become a Commander or similar under Cyrus.

History:
Egon had been quite selfish since childhood, and always used to steal other children's food and toys during school. His parents, on the other hand, were quite the generous type, and being quite rich, spoiled Egon, never making their only child do any work.

Hiding the fact that he was a member of what some people called an "evil team", a criminal organisation, from his parents should have been difficult, but in all seriousness it really wasn't. Egon had a way of hiding things without any effort involved whatsoever. He could think and make decisions quickly, and act on them as such.

He's been a member of Team Galactic for nearly three years. He still is a grunt, but definitely one of a higher level than most. Egon quite admires Cyrus, and hopes to one day become a Commander at the top near him.

Galactic gives grunts a choice between several Pokemon, leaving them to go steal some more from others should the need arise. Likewise, Egon started out with a Zubat, now turned Golbat. Later he was given a Wurmple, trained to Cascoon. However, Egon often (especially outside of Team business) uses the Crawdaunt given to him by his parents when he asked for a Pokemon on his twelfth birthday, it having then been a Corphish. (This is the only Pokemon Egon brings with him to Mysteregion.)

At one point a request came down to the HQ, asking for someone with a bit of skill to come to some obscure region. The higher-ups, of course, couldn't be bothered with something like this, but decided it might be funny if one of the grunts went over and saw what it was all about, skill irrelevant. Egon heard about this, deciding it would be quite interesting to visit a new region, having not been too many places otherwise.

I didn't get it, but I did look it up and I get it now. I'll make it work.

Name: Tyler Lane
Gender: Male
Age: 17

Appearance: Coffee, messy brown hair with blue eyes and white skin and athletic built. Tyler stands at 6'1 and wears a red shirt with a white sleeveless vest over it. He also wears a pair of designer jeans along with a white bandanna around his forehead.

Goal: To defeat the League

Background: Tyler was born in Saffron City Kanto. He lived a pretty normal life in the city and like most kids his age dreamed of one day becoming a really powerful trainer. At the age of 15 Tyler obtained his Piplup and began training it properly, not really going on a journey until he felt that he was ready to take on the world. After hearing about thew new Pokemon League opening up in this Region and being picked to participate Tyler was absolutely static, taking the first boat he could find and saying goodbye to his life in Kanto for the time being.
