This topic applies to all languages, the original Japanese and the dubs. All Pokemon have a unique voice that is given to them, much like how the games have a distinct cry for each Pokemon(aside from a few who share a cry). Which of the voices for any given Pokemon have you just found rather amusing?

If any for me, its Solrock in Take The Lombre Home. Its LITERALLY the sound of someone flicking their finger up and down their lips. I laughed for probably the entire night when I was shown the clip on tumblr. This was all while I was on tinychat, so my friends had to listen to me laughing over that for a while. Another one I always thought was kinda funny was Victribell and its screeching.

Dogas, obviously.

Koduck had a pretty great voice too. It's pretty different from Psyduck's voice but in the end I found Koduck's "waa waa waa" to be way funnier.

Tosakinto has a funny voice because it's just so cartoonishly sexy. Like, it's this little fish helplessly flailing about on land and the whole time it sounds like it's trying to seduce your or something. Even the voice actor has been like "yeah, it does have a kind of sultry voice, doesn't it?" during interviews.

The weird humming that Takeshi's Gureggru would do was always great. I loved the way it cackled as it drug Takeshi away as well.

My current favorite is probably Ma'iika.

When watching Ash's battle against Winona, I couldn't help but find Pelipper's voice ridiculous. It got to the point where I referred to the damn thing as "Peeluhpurr" for a while.

Also, Meowth. Being a New Jerseyan myself, he takes the Joisey accent to its logical extreme and I love every second of it.

I always loved the weird scream Victreebel did. I remember in the Breeding Center episode they dub replaced it with a more generic cry and I'm glad they changed their minds later on.

Regice's voice in the Movie 8 dub was hilariously goofy, for a guardian Pokémon.

The Grumpig used by Kelly in the Lilly Cove Contests was amusing in how it would say, "Grum-piiiiiiiiiigg!"

I also found Croagunk's voice quite funny at times in a good way.

I can't stand Zebstrika's voice, it sounds like a mad cow. Couldn't they give it a normal zebra sound?

Onix. That EWOOOOOAHHH sound it makes sounds silly especially from something so big.

This so much, you stole the words from my typed-mouth! And when did she say that?!

Really loved Oshawott and Chespin's Japanese voice, as soon I hear them, my face just smiles up - English dub voices just sound terrible

slightly unrelated
Meowth's Spanish dub voice, I hated it at first, sounded so odd when I heard it, but now really starting to like it
Gerardo Vazques is the voice actor's name.

Krabby and Kingler's voices always made me chuckle, especially as a kid. It just says "kookie," and Kingler has a much deeper "kookie." It's just so amusing.

To this day, I can't help but grin when misty's psyduck starts derping. Another one I've come to love is Jessie's pumpkaboo, especially when it does that voice when building up shadow ball. I suppose that's the one likely downside of its (supposedly) impending evolution.

COOKIE! COOKIE!

I think pretty much any American kid thought that that's what Krabby and Kingler were saying. In fact, I think one of my old school chums back in the day named his Kingler "Cookie."

Also, as for funniest Pokemon voice, I'm going with Meowth. He sounds annoying, but I think it's the funny and charming kind of annoying. Besides, compared to his Japanese voice (which I find to be so annoying that it could be found guilty of assault and battery), his English voice is as amazing as Orson Welles's.

I know, but it's funny to imagine Krabby like that.
