Funniest Pokémon?

Psyduck because of the anime. I always laugh whenever I'm watching Misty's Psyduck :)
 
I have to go with Slowpoke. This because of the Pokédex entries of it in the games and the series. Slowpoke seems so....slow, but he's actually a deep thinker :D
 
Dunsparce. It's just a sad little slug bee thing that can't even open its eyes, but it has big dreams, I tell you, big dreams!
 
For me it's Diggersby, mainly because the way it's face looks. Psyduck (Misty's at least), Stunfisk, and Slowpoke are funny as well because they are kind of derpy.
 
Every time I see Electrode's face, I think of Fonzie saying "'Eyyyy!" Therefore, my vote goes to Electrode.
 
Dawn's Piplup. He has this young comical thug attitude, especially with his rivalry Ash's Oshawott.

Ludicolo, mostly because of its funny animation. Although I haven't played XD myself, Miror B's theme and use of this "Dancing Mexican Kappa" makes it even more hilarious imo
 
Klefki because I like to imagine it was Game Freak's response to people complaining about Pokemon based off of inanimate objects.

Also, I think this Pokedex entry for it is really funny: "These key collectors threaten any attackers by fiercely jingling their keys at them."
