I know it's hard to read, I should've gotten closer. It says:

THICKWOOD
SHELL

NOW HIRING
ALL POSITIONS
ALL SHI TS
STUDENTS WELCOME
APPLY INSIDE

Yes, the space is where someone stole the F from SHIFTS. XD
 
Nice...hehe. Reminds me of a TV commercial where a bunch of guys go to a pub of some sort, saying how excited they were to see the show that was about to start, since they saw something like that in Amsterdam. When the curtains on the stage are lifted, a man playing a saxophone is revealed...they were dissapointed. Outside, the ad read "HOT S X SHOW"...a woman passes by and looks at the letter A which fell off.... :p
 
I found this sign in Seattle a few years ago.
