I just love making Team Rocket threads, don't I? :p Anyway, I was wondering what could you see Jessie, Jammes, and Meowth doing at the end of Sinnoh. I can see Jessie becoming a top cooridinator seeing as she has improved in her battling, I can see James opening a Pokemon nursery seeing as he is very nuturing and has a team full of little, cute Pokemon. I can see Meowth as the only one trying to be a villan. He'll probably find some way to be promoted to the Boss's right-hand man.

Your right about Jessie and James But Meowth l see as a Pokemon translator making alot of money end of sinnoh is far away Happy New Year!

They're all terrible at being evil and rather decent at being good, so they'll do some honest work for once. I have an idea, but... it's silly.

Otherwise?

Manga ending manga ending manga ending. My fondest wish.

I'm guessing this thread is assuming they write Team Rocket out of the show. In that case...

I agree with Musashi becoming a coordinator full time. (As I'm sure most in this thread will say.)

I can see Kojiro doing gyms. But if they made up some new thing for the 5th generation of games, I could see the writers have him do that.

Nyasu wouldn't want to leave at first, but eventually he'd realize Musashi and Kojiro care about him more than Sakaki. I'm not sure what he'd do. I guess he'd just hang around and be the Takeshi of the group. :p

I second Manga ending. :)

Actually, it's not the end of the show for them(which will hopefully be a very long time from now) but more of what'll happen at the end of SInnoh. If they still are in Team Rocket, and if not, then what will they do.

I can see Jesse trying to take on contests full-time, yeah. James not so much as a trainer that takes on battles- I can see him as more of a breeder. He's good at battling, but he's so spazzy-doting towards his Pokemon that I wouldn't be surprised if he took a more breeder-ish route. Meowth, I totally think he could play a Pokemon ambassador of sorts. How many Pokemon speak human? I'm sure psychic Pokemon and the odd random one (I'm looking at you, Lucario) can speak telepathically, but not all of them, and come on, a talking meowth is more interesting than a talking, say, Alakazam. He translates for pokemon anyway, so I'm surprised it never struck them- well, except for their obsessiveness. Okay, guess that explains it. Job opportunities right under their noses, but by god they have to catch Pikachu.

I think out of the three, Jesse would have the hardest time ditching Team Rocket; she's not one to give up when she's dead set on something, obviously taking the more criminal routes to get it without hesitation, and...well, getting the rich and famous thing by succeeding in Team Rocket (lulz) is ALREADY the bad guy way. Yeah, I think she'd pitch a huge fit but somehow get over it and probably end up saying it was her idea or something. I second Meowth having a hard-ish time leaving it, too, just because of the whole Boss thing. I still think Meowth's obsession with him is partly due to Giovanni being something as an embodiment of success, wealth, and "well shit I'm better than you", which is what got him to join TR in the first place, as well as probably being very, very frightening eye candy (see Tarzan Giovanni). Leaving that would be like giving up on anything he wanted (granted, I was never aware he'd want Giovanni eye candy but what the hell).

Though knowing their luck, they'll end up working in a far-less glamorous situation, like in a restaurant...James stuck doing dishes, Jesse playing host, Meowth cooking (god forbid he sheds). Something like that.

And I'll call BS on the manga ending, if it's the one I'm thinking about with Jesse and James married and Jesse pregnant.

If that happened, we all know Jesse would be going absolutely apeshit, beating James and Meowth around to get her food and nice outfits that would make her look like she hasn't lost her lovely figure.

Love to see that picture.

Whoever said Jessie had to enjoy it? No one ever said that pregnancy is a picnic. =P She'll just have to deal. On the bright side, I bet she'll get a kick out of ordering James around. Something tells me he'd be more willing to serve than usual if that ever happened.

Of course, I'm ruling out the marriage part. Anime!James is WAY too gamophobic and traumatized for marriage. He'd rather DIE than marry Jessie. But he's perfectly willing to iron her contest dress on the road like a good househusband.

or servant, liek he is now. :p

personally, i think the last time we see the rockets, they will be like, "Hey, why don't excavate fossils, since we've been digging holes for lord knows how many years?" and they run off to Oreburgh to get real jobs.

That, or they still will try to capture pikachu, or move onto an easier prey.

EDIT: also, i think them runnign into a sunset will be the last scene of the last episode.

With Jessie's current attitude, I see her landing nowhere else other than a mental hospital. Once they leave/get fired from Team Rocket, I think James and Meowth would finally stop listening to her and possibly commit the crazy soul.

Why commit her anywhere? She still operates fine, all considering. I suggest trying medication first. I'm sure JJ&M will finally have money for those if they get a decent job. =D

Am I the only one who thinks people over exaggerate how crazy she is? Because most of the time I don't think she's all that bad.

She's probably not total psycho...but I think her bad childhood and lack of help with that has made her snap somewhat. Especially comparing Kanto Jessie to later ones. The fact we haven't had an episode that delves into Jessie at all lately probably emphasizes it, as we haven't had a reason to sympathize with her in quite a while.

I, personally, really adore Jessie's character and think there's a lot of unexplored depth to her. Unfortunately, I'm not sure she'll get a chance to redeem herself, as I don't see the current writing direction delving into that sort of thing in the near future.

Jessie doesn't really seem crazy if you remember her past (I think she needs hormones or crazy sex or something, but not insane) but if you don't know her background at all, she simply looks like an f'ing psycho.

The fact James and Meowth seem submissive to the point of hiding and letting her get over her 'spells' doesn't help the perception either....
