I found these two scans on the internet. They seem to be images of G/S Remakes. I really hope they're true.

Ha-ha, I've got a Lugia in XD, now I just need to import it.

Anyways, Elm's sprite looks based off of Roark's.

So, I LOLed.

If you really want Lugia, buy XD, purify it, and transfer it to R/S/E.
