Hi. It's G2. Just an idea inspired by shadow Knight. However, I wanted to add some details that could make the competitions more interesting.
First of all, the same rules from The Pokemon Tickling Arena apply here:
No sex or rape
No wetting oneself
Have fun
No harrasment
Follow the rules
Electric Type Pokemon cannot paralyze a tickler
Only allowed to use fingers, feathers, electric toothbrush, or tongue
Both ticklers get a turn
No flying or digging away
No dying
No gore
and finally, Ghost Pokemon can be tickled
