Hey, everyone. I have a Wii that has backwards compatibility with Gamecube games, and I am going to buy either a Classic Controller [Pro?] or a Gamecube controller to play both Gamecube and Virtual Console games, but I read that it's hard to control VC games with a GC controller. Suggestions? Should I get a 3rd party? Or one of the mentioned? Thank you!

Use the GameCube controller. The controls in VC will take a bit of getting used to (Z replacing Select, for instance), but it'll really help with GC games.

Gamecube. The Classic Controller is just...more confusing, in my opinion.

And plus, you get that nostalgic feel using a Gamecube controller.

You only need a classic controller if you have one of the cubeless Wiis.

Cube controllers are cheaper, play both, and are more ergonomic. Though, some Wii games like MW Reflex, BO, or MW3 only use the classic controller.
