What is the highest total gameplay time for a single game?

I don't think I've ever gone higher than 150 hours.

Urgh. Looks like the save battery died. That's never happened to me before. That sucks, I probably had more than 150 hours on that thing.

...what was the topic again? Oh right, gameplay times.

EDIT: My copies of Gold, Silver, and Crystal? Yeah, not a single one of them has a functioning save battery. :/ Googling led me to discover this is a common problem, so... yeah. Now I'm a supporter of GS remakes, that's for sure.

I think I let one game sit for a good 500 hours once before finally restarting it. It was on my Sapphire rom, and I had about 10 legit shinies. Oh well, at least it was just a rom.
My Diamond game has only been there for 70-something hours and I'm already looking for someone willing to hold a few Pokemon for me while I restart my game. xD;

Well it says 39:51 on Fire Red, I'll have to look at Emerald in a bit because I have no charged batteries at this point. Only pokémon I am missing in Fire Red are Suicune and Mewtwo and I beat the E4 and the Sevii Arc. But I truly cannot be assed to face off with the E4 a second time, so I am waiting for Platinum to Pal Park all my pokémon.
