Well, I finally drew something. =D

It's simply a piccy of a Gardevoir I did in Photoshop. Enjoy.

[color=1e90ff]Nice work, Hana! Hehe, I love Gardevoir, and your chibi version is just adorable. I really like the way you've used the different coloured outlines, that always has such a lovely effect, it looks smooth that way. ^^; The shading is well done - and the way you've done the eye is good too, it really gives the Pokémon more "feeling". I love the background, it works really well with the Gardevoir and the whole dark-to-light effect is pretty! Keep it up, Hana. ^_^[/color]
 
It's so adorable! And it has one of those warm-n-fluffy looks to it. You just wanna poke at it! But you could go back and get rid of the outlines, or blend them better using a Blurr or Smear tool or something.
 
The strong points of the picture are the coloring of the Pokemon and the background. You have a good coloring technique.
