Hey everyone,

I was wandering if i could edit a gba game.
I want to change pokémons names so the name changes everywhere.
I also want to edit trainers,
the starter pokémons,
Prof. oak.

Editing GBA games constitutes as ROM hacking, and as per the rules, asking for links to ROMs and hacking tools is not allowed on the forums.
