Gen I VC Online play workaround?

As everyone is likely aware by now, the re-release of RBY limits us to local wireless only. This made me think back to "Warp Pipe" which was a tool used to fool the GameCube into going online with similarly limited games, namely Mario Kart Double Dash and Kirby Air Ride. I feel as though something like that must be possible for RBY, too. Is anyone tech savvy enough to make it happen?

Not exactly sure. I've seen people hack old RB games with their computer. Not sure if that has to do with anything/will help.

Unless you mean the new Ruby and Sapphire remakes, to which I say... just check online for it.

People have made it so you can use streetpass online so I'm sure it's doable
