You may also request anything in particular as I may be forgetting something. :*

Also if you have any questions about the pokemon such as stats etc., please feel free to ask. I will speak to you individually. THANKS!

lol. It's short of Individual Values. They are a part in what determines how the pokemon levels up. Pokemon in the wild do not have IVs and unfortunately there are few ways to find out what they are if they have them.

ok i can tell you this i just pulled it out of day care (i was using it to breed) its level 59 attack:63 defense:74 sp. atk:74 sp def:86 speed:63 it has a calm nature is strong willed and its ability is Limber

ok i used an iv calculator and it said ivs were between 24-31 is that good?

Ugh, yes they do. Every pokemon has IV's. I think you mean EV's? Effort Values?

EVs and IVs are very different. EVs are effort values which are also a part in the growth process. Depending on what stat the pokemon is strong in will determine what effort values it recieves for fainting that Pokemon. (Ex. Raikou gives 2 in Sp. Atk 1 in Spd. I believe. or Garchomp gives 3 in attack.) These help determine how each stat grows along with the IVs Pokemon have as well as natures etc. While IVs are set in each Pokemon and do not ever change.

Are you playing HG, SS, or Platinum? If so go into the Battle Tower and talk to a man nect to the PC with Blue hair all the way to the right. When he asks to judge your pokemon, select your ditto. Tell me exactly what he says. That will let me know.

I know what they are. You said that "Pokemon in the wild do not have IVs" and I was letting you know they do--every pokemon has IV's.

Also, in future, don't double post, try to edit your previous post instead.

Okay I misunderstood. They do but they start at zero so they're not as great to train with if you're looking to IV/EV train.

i could give you a Modest Ditto with Max Sp. Atk, HP and Spd IVs ^_^ for your Event Raikou

i have pokemon diamond and i dont have the naonial pokedex could i still trade with you for a heatran? if i can trade with you. i have nearly all the tms and i have alot of items. if i can trade with you i would trade for a heatran please get back to me if you are intrested. or any event.

For the Kirlia I can trade you one of my egg move Tyrogues. They know Rapid Spin Vaccumm Wave and Hi Jump Kick. The one with the highest IV's is a Mild one with most of the IV's around 25 or 26. They are all UT, but I could EV train one of them for you.
