GEN IV: EV Traing Services

I can EV train for both GEN V and IV. I'll mostly take items that you can get at the battle frontier/ subway and pokemon with perfect EVs in more than stat. If I need something specific, I'll list it below.
I'm looking for a power belt and weight and a Grumpig or Spoink with 31s in Sp.Atk and Sp. Def or Attack and Sp. Def. Doesn't have to UT, would prefer it to be female.

Please make sure EVs are cleared.

I'll respond with what the insurance pokemon will be and any other information you may have requested.

Unless you specify a return date, turnaround time is usually the next day on Thursday through Friday or by Monday or Tuesday depending on the time if on Sunday.

I have all three of them. I'd like my Terrakion trained. I'm going to my biological family's house soon. However, I'll be back later tonight.

Do you know what time tonight?
How do you want the EVs to spread and do you want me to bother with the move-set or leave it as is?
Also, is there a time when you want the pokemon back? I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow morning but depending on how late tonight I could get it done past midnight, but most likely sometime around tomorrow afternoon.

I just got back. Instead could you EV train my Larvesta in 252 sp. atk 252 speed and 6 sp. def? Don't bother keeping the moveset the same.

Do you mean it doesnt if the moveset gets changed? When are you going to have wi fi next and what is your fc? Depending on when i get the pokemon... i could be done training larvesta either at night, late at night or earlier if i can play pokemon while doctors mess at my feet, hah...
I have the lens and the anklet, i guess i dont need the power item for spdef. Unless thatll be the power item in exchange, which would make sense if given after, and the pokemon traded temporarily could be a rare one like larvesta for insurance. What are your thoughts?

I think it is a good idea. I'll give you the Power Band. And I mean that it doesn't matter if the moveset is changed at all. my fc is 1119-9956-3583.

Okay, i registered your fc.... ill trade over a legendary of some sort. What time are you going to be available, my doctors appointment got moved to 11 am, so ill be playing pokemon until my mom gets back and i dont know when thatll be.
