I don't have a great deal to offer but I've been lucky enough to have a load of Pokes that are flawless or have really great IVs. I also have a flawless Ditto and all the Power items. I can create some eggs for you from these guys. They are almost certain to have good IVs and in theory at least a couple of moves should pass down too. I've got Ludicolo, Chandelure, Blaziken, Nidoking, Drapion, Alakazam, Mienshao, Metagross, Porygon, Milotic, Swinub, Baltoy, Hitmonlee. Probably more that I can't think of.
