i need somebody who can RNG in gen V lets work somethin out.

I JUST LOST TO A SEREBII GYM LEADER WHO USED JIRACHI AND THE MUSKETEER POKEMON BECAUSE HE SAID BLAZIKEN IS BANNED ON SEREBII.
EFF SEREBII!!!!
