I am not sure if someone has done a thread like this, but anyway...

Attacks:
Dusk Swipe: PP:10/10 HP:60 ACC:80 Type: Dark/Physical
This attack has a random affect of 40hp, 60hp or 80hp.
Pokemon: Dusknoir, Darkrai, Lunatone

Solar Slash: PP:5/5 HP:120 ACC:100 Type: Grass/Special
This attack takes two turns to work, and if it is used against a water type, half the damage will be absorbed.
Pokemon: Venusaur, Meganium, Sceptile, Torterra

Magma Slash: PP:5/5 HP:120 ACC:100 Type: Fire/Special
This attack takes two turns to work, and if it is used against a grass type, half the damage will be absorbed.
Pokemon: Charizard, Typhlosion, Blaziken, Infernape

Aqua Slash: PP: 5/5 HP:120 ACC:100 Type: Water/Special
This attack takes two turns to work, and if it is used against a fire type, half the damage will be absorbed.
Pokemon: Blastoise, Feraligatr, Swampert, Empoleon

Abilities:
Metal Body:
When battling a fire type pokemon, the fire type damage is 0.5 times itself.
Pokemon: Magnemite, Magneton, Magnezone, Skarmory, Scizor

Ink Stock:
If Octazooka is used, one quarter of the damage goes to the user.
Pokemon: Horsea, Seadra, Kingdra, Remoraid, Octillery

Magnet Study:
If a steel type pokemon is battling another steel type pokemon, all physical attacks will not miss. All special moves will not effect them.
Pokemon: Mawile, Aggron, Metagross, Bronzong

Psycho Trap:
If a psychic type move is used against a steel or rock type, half the damage will effect the user.
Pokemon: Abra, Kadabra, Alakazam, Ralts, Kirlia, Gardevoir

I will show some more ideas soon.

I am sorry for double posting. Please show what you think!

Items:
Flower Ring:
If the pokemon holding the item battles a grass type pokemon, no damage will be taken.

Fire Blacelet:
Same idea as above, only against fire type pokemon.

Some more:
Lightning Necklace:
If the pokemon holding this item battles a electric type pokemon, no damage is taken.

Bubble Earings:
Same as above, but with water pokemon.

Magma Drum:
The pokemon you are battling suddenly gets burnt.

Glacier Cymbals:
Same as above, but frozen.

Spring water:
Restores all PP of all water-type moves for one Pokemon.

Lighter:
Same as above, but for fire-type moves.

And it goes on for every type.

Some of these abilities seem abit cheap, like having a no weakness Scizor. Other than that, they're fine.

Earthquake.

Earthquake does neutral damage to Scizor. Bug cancels out the Ground weakness.

I'm pretty sure PokemonLegend said Metal Body cuts fire damage by half. Scizors will still be weak to fire, just 2X and not 4X.

But I'd have to admit that the Fire Bracelet and its Grass variant are pretty broken. Cutting damage would be good, but rendering one Pokémon almost completely useless is overkill. Would be even worse in a double battle.

Lolwut? If the only none broken ones are up the top, and they wouldnt give any boost to competitve play. Solar beam isnt used without sun, Why should solar slash? And the rest only give disadvantages to the pokemon.
