Contest Gengar vs. Dusknoir

Both these Pokemon are 2nd stage Ghost types, the only two Pokemon to be that. So:

-Which one do you prefer?

-Which one would win in a battle?

-Which one is more useful?

Depends on the situation because both can win. I'd say Dusknoir because of Shadow Sneak.

Gengar all the way. I like Dusknoir, but he can't hold a candle to Gengar. Sorry

The evil naughty grin, devilish eyes and mischievous nature are my perfect qualities of an awesome ghost pokemon.
 
Tough one. I love both of these soooo much. I guess Gengar has a slight advantage with its poison, but its movepool is so awesome. Dusknoir is easily cooler looking though.

even though i voted for dusknoir its a tie!
 
Gengar is the ghost that everyone loves, but Dusknoir is the one with the awesome design. Ultimately, I go for Dus...I mean Gengar because he is just my favourite.
 
Gengar looks so much cooler than Dusknoir, imo. And it is useful on my team, so I voted Gengar.
 
1. I prefer Genngar, he's waaayyyyy cooler.
2. Gengar again he can use ShadowBall and can lower Dusknoirs SP DEF.
3. You guessed it, Gengar, with his dual poison/ghost types, he can learn lots of moves like SludgeBomb and Focus Blast.

So, the result is GenGAAARRRRR!

Dusknoir, with Shadow Sneak of course.

Dusknoir, it's a very solid wall, it's a great rapid spin blocker, access to the elemental punches and can utlize them effectivly, can learn Will-o-Wisp to cripple it's physical attacking threats, and I use Toxic in conjunction with my Guts Ursaring. Ursaring holds a life orb so no toxic/flame orb.

Dusknoir could defeat with Shadow Sneak.

Gengar.
 
Dusknoir is amazing in design and incredibly useful. I just had to pick him.
