Is it possible that gengar could defeat blastoise,charizard,and venusaur? cause he is my least favorite.

It's very possible. Give him Calm Mind, Psychic, Thunderbolt, and Ice Punch and you're all set.

Also, Gengar can't learn Calm Mind. However, some people say it's the most unpredictable Pokemon in the game.

of course because venasaur is a bug/poison/grass.....? anyways venausaur is weak against psychic, charizard is weak against water/ice? and blastoise is weak against lightning
