Old hail team needs help.

Breloom (M) @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
EVs: 236 HP/80 Atk/176 Def/16 SDef
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Seed Bomb
- Mach Punch
- Spore
- Protect

Physical Tyranitar counter blah blah. Defensive spread works really nicely, though lack of speed sometiems hurts (especially since I don't know hows faster than me, should look that up)
---
Abomasnow (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Snow Warning
EVs: 252 HP/4 Spd/252 SAtk
Modest nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Blizzard
- Focus Punch
- Leech Seed
- Substitute

Why is it not leading? Because it can't take on Tyranitar, Breloom can.
---
Weavile (M) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spd
Jolly nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Counter
- Ice Shard
- Night Slash
- Swords Dance

Basically, use Counter on its counter which is almost always physical, and if I have a Swords Danc or two up, I usually end up taking the game.
---
Cresselia (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP/32 Def/224 SAtk
Modest nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Psychic
- Ice Beam
- Rest
- Sleep Talk

ALl that attack is needed to OHKO Infernape, which is something really needed. Infernape will almost always be able to kill Cresselia after Nastyplot if I don't kill it first.
---
Heatran (M) @ Shed Shell
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 80 HP/252 Spd/176 SAtk
Modest nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Overheat
- Earth Power
- Stealth Rock
- Roar

Was thinking of going more defensive
---
Cloyster(F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Shell Armor
EVs: 252 HP/178 Def/80 SDef
Bold nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Ice Beam
- Rapid Spin
- Spikes
- Hidden Power [Electric]

Some people don't know this can kill Gyarados, though I'm thinking of replacing HP [electric] for something else considering I have two other Gyarados counters.
---

Lets cut to the chase, I am Boah weak, I'm sure I'm weak to other Pokemon too, but I can manage to dance around them. Also has trouble against Stallrein.

Also I heard Smogon server is testing a metagame devoid of Garchomp. That would make things easier if I go there (which I will because Wobbuffet are so uber) but I wish it was a metagame devoid of Stalrein and Boah D:

Reading the Smogon thread, I learned that Magnezone are common again. Didn't care about them in the past because they weren't, but I do have troubles against the spaceship.

Seems good. The set is Salamence weak but with Stone Edge over Seed Bomb you lose a lot of power against Ground starters like Hippowdon. You could swap it for protect but a lot of you're Pokes can help against him and you can also use protect to scout what moves it has anyway. Breloom's speed is 176 at level 100 with no Evs.

Pretty standard. With Breloom in you're team they both cover the same types (appart from Abomasnow's Blizzard). Why does it have a Modest nature? Switch it to Quiet since he doesn't need speed.

Nice. I don't have any problems with this set.

I don't see the need for all those Sp.Att Ev's, I would suggest a fast Infernape counter. Dugtrio is you're best bet since he's fast and can trap and OHKO the influx of Magnezones. I would also recomend Blizzard over Ice Beam, maybe you can work out how many Sp.Att is needed to OHKO Garchomp with Blizzard and save alot of EV's for you're defences. If you plan on playing Suspect Test, Ice Beam could be changed to Charge Beam or something.

Heatran (M) @ Shed Shell
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 80 HP/252 Spd/176 SAtk
Modest nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Overheat
- Earth Power
- Stealth Rock
- Roar

Okay I guess. I wouldn't go much more defencive since you're team is pretty slow over all. Unless you add a fast Pokemon (Dugtrio?), I would keep the speed ev's. If you go defencive swap Overheat for Flamethrower.

Cloyster(F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Shell Armor
EVs: 252 HP/178 Def/80 SDef
Bold nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Ice Beam
- Rapid Spin
- Spikes
- Hidden Power [Electric]

Once again, quite good and surprisingly durable. Blizzard over Ice Beam? I think at least one of you're Ice Beamers should have it.

Comments in Bold. It's a good team but I think it's a bit too slow, a reason Infernape is such a threat.

I've already explained the Special attack EVs, and they are to OHKO Infernape, whihc is the only way any Cresselia is guaranteed to do so. I could use Dugtrio, but it leaves me defensively weaker than before. Cresselia is also my ground immune to switch into earthquakes that may try to hit Heatran. I have other Pokemon resistant to ground, but none that have the staying power as Cresselia. I've noted that Infernape was a problem, but with that Cresselia, that problem is almost taken care of. Dugtrio would just open me up to other weaknesses.

As for Breloom being Salamence weak, that's generally what happens to most physical fighting types when a Salamence comes in. However,Heatran and Cresselia combined takes care of that threat (mostly).

I will consider Abomasnow, seeing if a neutral nature for attack will give me a significant boost in killing Blissey, and see if there are Pokemon I do want to outspeed.

As for Cloyster's Blizzard, I'll consider it, but Ice Beam is Cloyster's main move and has double the PP of Blizzard.

Garchomp is possibly the largest threat on the shoddy meta game and although most of your pokemon have an ice attack you seem to lack a truly solid counter to it besides that you seem to handle most other stuff pretty well

Garchomp and Deoxys-S are being taken out as test on one of the servers to see if they belong in uber.

He said this was for shoddy not the test ladder so I assumed it was for the server where they where still allowed

Also I heard Smogon server is testing a metagame devoid of Garchomp. That would make things easier if I go there (which I will because Wobbuffet are so uber) but I wish it was a metagame devoid of Stalrein and Boah D:
This part of the original post disagrees with your assertion...

Garchomp is possibly the largest threat on the shoddy meta game and although most of your pokemon have an ice attack you seem to lack a truly solid counter to it besides that you seem to handle most other stuff pretty well

Like Tyranitar, Garchomp itself lacks a "100% works all the time" counter, because depending on its moveset, it can overcome certain counters.

However, the statement that I lack a solid counter is a false one. Most are physical versions, and those running crunch are overcome by Cloyster, those who aren't are overcome by Cresselia. The fact that I have fpir Pokemon with Ice attacks means Garchomp will find it hard to come in. Even if it manages to come in on Heatran, that just makes it an incredibly easy switch in for Cresselia, and even Breloom. Breloom can survive long enough to Spore it and attack with a barrage of Seed bombs aswell.

By the looks of how the metagame seems to have turned with the lack of Garchomp, my team may actually have suffered from it, not improved.

Also, even if I was playing on the official server, it doesn't change the fact that Wobbuffet has no counter, and for me to try and counter such an obscure Pokemon is just pointless.
