getting event pokemon on gts

how do i get pokemon i havnt seen b4 on gts or do i have to organize a trade to do it?

You can't get Pokémon you haven't seen before on the GTS. Also, event Pokémon (if they have the Classic or Premier Ribbon) are banned from the GTS. Next time, please use the Simple Questions thread.

They are special Ribbons that only event Pokémon have. If an event is missing the Ribbon, it's probably not legit.

They either got Arceus from TRU (or one of the earlier events) or they hacked one.
