Hi everyone!
It's so nice to be back to my good old Pokemon games and I thought I might as well introduce myself to the community (as I'm intending to be at least somewhat active what comes to trades and gaming and stuff)! I'm maybe the odd-one out here, I'm 22, from Finland and soon to be a mom (yes, a girl too XD) and been a pokemon player right from the start with my gen 1 games Pokemon Red and Yellow (still have them, and still have the good old Gameboy color in a very fine condition)! I started playing Pokemon when I was just a little school-kid and have never really stopped liking the games. I missed out on Gameboy Advance games, but decided to buy Nintendo DS just because of Pokemon some time ago (and now I have Pearl, HeartGold, White, White2 and Black2)... Haha, and I used to have Pokemon Gold or Silver (can't really remember which one it was), but I managed to drop it in snow and found it next summer... Didn't get to play it for too long (I'm not sure if I even got pass the first gym) and of course now matter how much hair drier was applied, it didn't take well the winter been left out in the snow...
Anyways, I'd love to meet new people, so please come and say hello and don't be shy about it. I definitely wouldn't mind at all having some new friends and people to talk to about Pokemon and other things .
I'm getting my Pokemon X with the next mail delivery (at least I hope so, I ordered it a few days ago) and I can't wait to start! I took some sneak peaks at some youtube videos and oh, it looks awesome! I will be transferring all my favorite pokemon over to it from the previous gens and hopefully will have a great start with trading and stuff! I'm one of those gotta catch 'em all - people, though I've never managed to accomplish it in any generation... I hope I will be able to fulfill my dream this time. I haven't been playing my gen V games for a while and I was kind of disappointed to find out that the wifi connections were discontinued... But luckily I'm still able to do some trading on them cause I have my husband who also plays the games (I cannot remember who owns white2 and who black2 at the moment XD).
