In an early thread i posted about type combinations Ghost/Normal came up. I was wondering what it would look like. The person who posted the type said it would like like a possessed doll like raggedy ann

I think it could be like an undead or zombie like pokemon, maybe, but in pokemon that would be unusual to say the least

Yea its good to see my idea taking interest.

Baynette is a marionette which is those stringed puppets. An actual posessed doll has not been taken. I think itd be cool becuase itd be resistent to normal, ghost, and fighting and be weak to only Dark.

No, even better - it would be immune to Normal, Fighting, and Ghost, and only X2 weak to Dark.

Couldn't be some sort of symbiotic Pokemon? Like... think of Spiritomb and how it is 108 spirits and the Keystone, except substitute the Keystone for a more 'common' and living organism. The relationship could be like Paras's mushroom and insect.

Or maybe make it something like what Banette and Drifloon are. Banette is an animated marionette, and Drifloon is a balloon made of souls... so maybe a Ghost/Normal thing could be some sorta... I dunno. When I'm thinking of items to animate, I keep thinking blanket. Teapot? Trash can? No, blanket. Don't ask why, but I just think... blanket.

I was thinking if they made a ghost/normal it could be an evolved form of an existing normal type, and look similar. Only more ghost like.

Hehe that towl sounds awsome new idea for a pokemon. If it had tickle, if seen in anime that would be funny a possessed blanket pokemon going around tickling people and pokemon. Give it bounce too, make it able to curl one end of it into a coiled spring and bounce off

Rotom could actually take role of that like turning into a ghostly uhh blanket or couch xD
What type could a couch be...oh they're not electrical..then i'd say hair dryer cause technically that couldn't be fire xD

Rotom? Blech... we need some actual new ghosts out there. There are too few that are any good
