Ghouloon?

I recently caught a Drifloon outside of Valley Windworks, but it had the name Ghouloon instead. I thought it was a gender difference, but I checked around and I can't find anything about it. Anyone know why this is?

Hmm, odd. Only references I can find are somebody's custom card on Marriland, and some English-name-speculation from prior to the game's release on Serebii. And in that case, Ghouloon was suggested as the name for Drifblim, not Drifloon.

Thus, a mystery.

Oh crap. I did.

Which is really weird because I normally don't nickname Pokemon ever, but I guess since it was the first time I played through Diamond I was excited or something. Turns out this one I actually caught earlier in the game and I got it confused with the one I just caught. I just vaguely remembered nicknaming it.
