Give appropriate Pokemon attacks to non-Pokemon characters

OK, so if other characters from anime, cartoons, comics, whatever, had Pokemon attacks, what attacks would they be? Include an explanation if you think it's necessary, or feel free to ask for explanations from someone else. I'll list a few:
