I can probably get you what you're looking for if you just let me know.
But I can tell you now that a good portion of these aren't legitimate, simply because shiny legendaries are so hard to come by(Also, some don't exist at those levels, to the best of my knowledge).

I'm still interested though, so here's a list of things I would like.
Shiny Legendaries: Manaphy, Celebi Arceus, Kyogre
Shiny: Lickitung, Zubat

I can trade Egg move pokemon(Ask if you want a list), and some good IV's.
I'm reluctant to trade any of my shinies, but if absolutely necessary I will.

Also, I can get you most of the starters, and non-event, non-shiny legendaries.
And some high level, non EV trained pokemon. (lv. 78 Dragonite, lv.74 Glaceo, Lv.83 Moltres etc..)

Well, I'm interested in the shiny Regigigas, Registeel, and Mew. I can breed legit starters (though those don't really come close to what you're offering) and clone a legit Rayquaza for you in exchange.

To others, I'll start making a list of pokemon I would be interested in and another list of people interested in which pokemon, I'll try and accommodate all of you if there are multiple people interested in one. Don't be shy in saying which you are interested in, but put them in order of priority?

Pokemon that I am interested are:
Shiny: Nidoran male, Psyduck, Rhyhorn, Cyndaquil, Houndour.
Either Shiny or Non: Charmander, Aron, Magby.
Nonshiny: Omanyte, Totodile, Mudkip, Piplup.
As untouched as possible.
