I'm still putting my list together, actually. But anyway, let's discuss them. What Pokemon movies do you like and why? Which one had your favorite Legendary Pokemon? Which one had your favorite villain? Which one had your favorite soundtrack?

Let's hear it.

Best Movies: Movie 3, Movie 8
Best Legendary Pokemon: Movie 1, Mewtwo
Best Villain: Iron Masked Marauder, Movie 4
Best Soundtrack: Movie 6

Going back to it recently, the Lucario movie is my favorite. I love the sort of medieval atmosphere of the setting, and the focus on adventure rather than fighting some specific villain. The growth of the relationship between Ash and Lucario was also fairly touching...The ending was a tear-jerker for me.

I loved the first three AG movies, especially the Jirachi one. I also really enjoyed the Entei and Latios/Latias ones.

Although the first movie still has my favorite soundtrack in the franchise.

I like the Kyurem movie because Kyurem has an epic voice and it was nice to see Keldeo in it. The Arceus is also awesome because Arceus is my favorite pokemon.

Well, it's kind of a tie between M15 and M17.

M15 is about a Keldeo wanting to become a Sword of Justice, and Ash and his friends help out. Keldeo really got some good character development, and by the end, it had earned it's place in the Sword of Justice. Another good part is the English opening theme with the train. And unlike in M14, Iris and Cilan have actual roles, while Team Rocket are just reduced to cameos. The only negative part is that the film is just too short.

Well, M17 will never live down the "shopping scene", but that was only around two minutes long, and they spend more time trying to flee the Carbink servants than try on clothes. Diancie also gains good character development, as well, as she becomes more wiser on her duties as the Princess of the Diamond Domain, and she does have quite a few hilarious scenes (especially the part with Team Rocket). The only real bad part is that her Mega Evolution had no foreshadowing.

Both of M17's English themes are unforgettable. The opening scene has the well-known "Pokémon Theme", which really matches the opening scene with Ash battling Astrid and her Absol. The closing theme, "Open My Eyes", has to be the most beautiful theme since "Make a Wish".

Please note that these are my own opinions, and I will not tolerate anyone who tries to force their own opinions on anyone.

My verdict is decided. It's a tie between M02(dub) and M03(either version).

I like M02's dub better than the original because of the dub's version of the prophecy being an improvement over the original. Oh, it's not because of it focusing on Ash (because, yes, the movie's events do contradict it). It's because it accidentally made Lawrence III a more interesting character. It's possible that by thinking the "the Earth shall turn to Ash" line meant what everyone else in the movie thought it meant before they figured its true meaning out, he might have thought he was the chosen one who'd bring balance to the world (and if he had caught all three elemental birds, maybe that would've been the case). The dub basically made a deluded man even more deluded than before.

Oh, and it also helps that the movie's dub soundtrack is my favorite Pokemon movie soundtrack.

As for M03, it's one of the most subtle and tragic of the movies. And it's awesome that the dub kept that dignity to it.

Now then, the other categories.

Favorite villain = Grings Kodai (generic motivation, but diabolical personality)

Favorite Legendary = Celebi

Favorite soundtrack = The Power of One

Lucario hands down. Perfect movie and introduced my favorite Pokemon and the best of them all, Lucario!

Darkrai is second. It was pretty funny with Baron Licky moments from Jessie.

Japanese: Mewtwo, Zoroark
English: Jirachi
Both languages: Entei, Lucario & Manaphy (Surprising since it's dubbed by TPCi)
