Glitch!

Can someone please try this to confirm this or at least tell me it's not a glitch? Go to the bottom of Slowpoke Well and use Strength on the left side of the boulder to push it to the right. Mine went in the water, up stairs, even by the ladder. I found this sort of odd. Any comments please??
 
That sounds like a glitch to me. Boulders can't go up stairs, right?

Does it go up the stairs/into water/by the ladder on its own?
Also, shouldn't this go under the Simple Questions/Simple Answers thread?
 
No, like I push it while I'm surfing. And sorry, I'm sort of new to this.
