Say you have this friend who is 3 years older then you. And they call your house, wanting to chat with you.... Then you find out that the next time they call, they will go to jail. This has happened to me and my friend Kyle could go to jail just for CALLING MY HOUSE. Oh, well for my mother... Because I really like the guy and I don't want to see him go to jail. I find this pointless, and my mother thinks she is trying to protect me.

Should I still continue to talk to him? Or not?

Your friend wont go to jail, but your mum sounds pretty strict in regards to him seeing you. Talk to your mum about it.

No, it's already been said, he WILL go to jail if he calls again.

And I've already tried talking to her about it. I just get yelled at for defending him.
 
Is there any otehr way of talking to him? Maybe e-mail or face-to-face/
 
If your mum rings the police he wont go to jail, he'll probably get taken in and slapped on the wrist.

Your mum has every right to be concerned, as your fifteen and he's eighteen, its a parents natural instinct to worry about their own children. She probably assumes the guy smokes pot, binge drinks and gets laid every weekend but we know thats probably not true. She just doesn't want you doing the same things.
 
As far as I know, just calling someone is not illegal unless there is a restraining order or proof of some form of harrassment. involved. I would ask for legal papers saying he can't call, because otherwise, your mother has no case.
 
If your okay with it, tell your mom to mind her own business and stop being a cunt.
 
You can't go to jail just for calling someone. Not unless you have a restraining order against them anyway.
 
Maybe you could try to talk it out with your mom and see if SHE can meet HIM face-to-face to show her that he's a good person. Maybe your mom'll change her mind.

Maybe it's a bit harsh yes, as a guy I'd probably say "bitch" instead, but to threaten to send a friend of yours to jail for calling, what a ho.

But if I was a girl (which the OP is) there would be less shame in saying "cunt".
