My Version: Diamond, but i don't think this affects this part of the story...

Anyways... I have gone through the Team Galactic HQ and defeated the boss, got the master ball, freed the Pokemon, etc. Now After getting the info from one of his commanders I went off to Mt. Coronet. However, every time I go through there I always end up at this grunt blocking a doorway who say...

"I'm hopelessly lost! Please don't pay attention to a lowly grunt without any Pokemon!"

I cannot find any way around him. I'm not even sure if that is the correct way to go.

I Have searched quite a bit and still cannot find anything...

Thanks

You have to enter Mount Coronet from the Oreburgh entrance, or if that doesn't work try the Eterna Town entrance. You must be entering the wrong way.

Here's the path to Spear Pillar: (Map credit to #PM.net)

That guy is blocking off the route that'll take you to the Eterna City/Celestic Town entrances. You want to leave that cave, follow the canyon you enter into north, and rock climb up the left rock face. Or follow the map.

Don't try Eterna OR Celestic. It won't lead you to Mt Coronet's peak.

I used an Escape Rope. Was that just me? Oh, wait, nevermind. Title made it sound like after Palkia/Dialga battle.

heh heh I thought I had to get waterfall to go any farther but i kept hearing that i couldnt get it which made my brain itch but then i figured it out that it wasent the waterfall

Oreburgh, Hearthome ,it doesn't matter which of those enterances you take, but Oreburgh is faster.

As for that cave you're in with that pokemon-less grunt, go back in there after getting Dialga, it's a shortcut that'll lead you to the northern end of the mountain range and you can find TM 02 (dragon claw, yea :D)

I got lost around there at first too. I was playing at night and I didn't notice the cave that leads to the Spear Pillar. I kept leaving that room and going back in thinking the grunt would get bored and leave, but he didn't. Asshole.

im in the ore place cave do i use rock clime or what were do i go :(

Yes sir, use Rock Climb.

Well I technically got lost at my first try but I soon knew my way and when I get through Mt. Coronet at Platinum just to get to the Distortion World I got there pretty fast =/

Although I discovered the path which leads to the Eterna/Celestic entrance. Too bad we can't start that way due to blocking Strength.

Not to people who first started the adventure to Mt. Coronet : Bring a Bibarel w/ Surf, Rock Climb, Rock Smash and Strength. Trust me, you'll need it to get through.

go from the hearthome side. I always do that and never had problems
