What are some recommended parts? I am building this specifically for gaming. So I need good graphics cards and processors. I would also like recommendations of other parts, such as hard drives.
 
I'd recommend currently a Phenom x6, 8 or 16gb of RAM, a Western Digital 2 or 3 TB HDD, and for graphics cards, I'd get a Radeon 6950, there are better ones for even more money, though, but this shouldn't be that much. If you want, I pick a whole builds worth of components.

Also, get a name brand PSU. If you want your PC to last longer, get an OCZ, Corsair, PC Power & Cooling, Antec, or other big name brand, and not some junk no-name brand.
