Gordon Brown is officially a (read the title!) 'A Scottish, One Eyed, Disrespectful Disgrace'.

One of the reasons is this:

Last Sunday, on Remembrance Day, he didn't even respect the people who died, injured, or survived during the war. He failed to bow his head, although MP Nick Clegg and favourite for next PM David Cameron did so. Does this mean that our Prime Minister is happy of those war veterans that have suffered?​

What does his being Scottish or only having sight in one have to do with him being disrespectful or a disgrace? Or are you just quoting Clarkson/using snide bigotry to try and enforce your point? Everyone knows, after all, that the Scots can't be trusted with anything, and as for people who don't have bodies that operate to full efficiency, well, it goes without saying doesn't it.

Perhaps the leader of the opposition and leader of the Lib-Dems are under slightly less stress at the moment and so have more time to pay heed to every formality expected of them at a social function. Each person pays respect in their own individual way so I wouldn't take Gordon Brown's forgetting to bow his head as a sign that he is happy about the suffering of war veterans. Unless you think he's some kind of inhuman monster, but then being Scottish and one-eyed he probably is right?

I'm scottish, and didn't give much of a crap about Veterans' Day, so does this leave me as bad as a (person) who not only drove us near the brink of economic disaster, but as PM encouraged us to take a leap forward?

Takoto has it right on the nail. Brown isn't disrespectful, he was dropped on his head as an infant and shouldn't be running the country, nevertheless running in cross-country.
