And top half of the Ho-Oh card http://www.serebii.net/card/heartgoldsoulsilver/111.shtml

My question is would the other half of the Ho-Oh card be very difficult to find? Or should I just find somewhere to buy it online.

The other half of the Ho-Oh card would be moderately difficult to find. Your best bet would probably be to try eBay, as you can get each half individually there pretty cheaply.
