Atleast I THINK they're not american ones! I got them from a friend over the mail, and they came in those odd tall, non-see-through packaging that I see in pictures, with 2 figures in each pack. (and REALLY HARD to open too. the figures also have rarity markings on the bottoms). But When I opened them, the figures didn't have the bottom part of their spinner stands! Are they supposed to come like that? It's pretty weird.
 
yes they do come like that , I hated it because i couldnt properly play 6 on 6 games until i got a second starter :( .
