Seeing Jessie win isn't likely, but she deserves to be in the Grand Festival this time.

I agree. If she did get in, she probably won't win it, but she deserves to at least be in the Grand Festival at all. And I'd rather she won than any of the other coordinators.

Maybe Jessie does deserve to go to the GF for once. But, how else will she get the 5 ribbons (she has 3) necessary to enter? Maybe she'll win the other 2 off-screen.
