Who Replied?I have a graphics tablet, and IMO, if you want to do art directly on the PC, they are invaluable. I know a few exceptional artists who are able to draw well on the PC with a mouse, but that is after loads and loads of practise, whereas I can do it straight off.

Thanks for your input Adam. I inquired about these because I can draw on a PC about as well as a 2 year old can on a piece of paper who can't hold the texta properly. Do you know how much they cost? I went looking for one at the local Harvey Norman and they didn't have any, so otherwise I'll go in and ask when it's not so busy and there actually is an *available* sales assistant.

*ear twitches* I've got a Wacom Graphire I got... about a year and a half ago, or such... it's held up amazingly well, and I can use it just as fluidly as a pencil. I never use a mouse anymore because the tablet pen is a thousand times quicker... it takes some getting used to, like learning to use a mouse, but once you do it's great... you really don't need anything bigger than a Graphire and those tend to run for about $99 U.S. ... like he said, they're pretty invaluable if you do a lot of computer coloring or art, like I do. They're great for use with graphic design, too, as you can do really precise cutting and such...
