I am here again, offering some Dratinis. They are all Adamant nature, with Marvel Scale and Aqua Jet. This is what I will accept for them:

Foreign Ditto with at least 3 31 IVs (Most wanted)

Adamant/Jolly Charmander with Dragon Dance and Flare Blitz that has good IVs

I will also accept certain other good IV Pokemon, but you should tell me what you're offering first.
