A game where you can play as Team Rocket, and eventually you'd be a good guy and beat Team Rocket. Kinda like that Star Wars game with the apprentice dude.
 
This topic has Bern done to death in a million threads. Although I love to see discussion, I encourage you to simply use the search function to find an appropriate thread.
