I have been a member of Bulbapedia for awhile, but only just now decided to join the forums here, since communicating with Snorlax Monster was getting a bit tedious with the constraints imposed on us by Twitter.

I should warn you. I often make posts that are tl;dr.

Thank you for the warm welcome. :cool: Although I have been a member of Bulbapedia, Bulbagarden seems to be about the last major English-speaking Pokémon forums I have joined. I am a researcher at heart, and interested in designing computer games. I became fascinated with Pokémon, first the TCG then the RPG.

I inadvertently became the owner of a Pokémon site myself, and have been trying to renovate it.

Uhm, something seems amiss. I am certain I uploaded my profile image and signature correctly, but they aren’t showing up.

The Profile Picture only shows on the user profile, unless you mean Avatar?

under "Additional Options" when posting, if the "show signature" line isn't checkmarked, the signature won't be displayed.
 
Ah, that was it for the avatar. This is the first forum I*have joined that had a separate image for the user profile. I suppose the signature might show up in this post. It looks okay in the settings.
