Hello to you, forum goers. My, what a nice place you all seem to have here. I'm honored to have the opportunity to join it.
Well, I'll be straight with you; my relationship with Pokemon has been turbulent. The oldest child of a religious household, my mother was under the (uninformed) impression that pocket monsters were Satan spawn of the eastern mythologies. But she has come around, and now at 18, I'm finally trying to catch up. I would appreciate your support as I learn not just how this forum operates, but the inner secrets of Pokemon itself.
What brought me to this site is actually an unholy mixture of greed and pride. My younger brother is also into Pokemon, but between the two of us, he has more natural skill at the game. Thus I'm looking for an edge. I also love breeding Pokemon, though I'm none too good at it yet. I (WARNING! SHAMELESS PLUG AHEAD!) am also looking to trade for any/all of the past starters.
