Hello everyone! I've been a long time pokemon fan and really knew my stuff back in the GSE days. From 3rd gen on however I have only dabbled due to my busy schedule. Now that I actually time I really want to catch up on all the detail I've missed and I feel that this community here is the best place to do that.

Project:
I'm currently in the middle of creating a whole new region in minecraft using Pixelmon Mod. It's basically my dream fanfic. If it's interesting enough to ya'll I could load up some artwork. =]

I played minecraft a bit myself but never bothered to play mods. Awesome that you're working on one.

Hey, you definately should post some of the art from your Minecraft project in the Art Gallery section and post your fanfic too :)

It's great that you have time to play Pokemon now also, you can visit the Pokemon Video Games forum to view threads about games you missed or visit Bulbapedia also which has a lot of information on them. If you need any help, just ask me or any other moderator.

I'd love to see what you can do so do take the advice given and post your work up in the Art Gallery. Sounds like you've got some really cool going on - we'd love to see it! I'm not very much into Minecraft though, but once I purchase my own account and start playing with friends I'm sure that'd change.

As for Gen III, you sjould deffinately go back and play the games. It may net be 100% the Pokémon you remember, but it's, personally, my faveorite gen.
 
Did you get "greetings and salutations" from Heathers? I did, that's usually how I title my forum introductory posts. Now I'll have to think up something else, since you took mine :p
