Hi everyone. I came across this forum while searching for somewhere to talk Pokemon. And I must say I love the layout of the forum and this seems lke a great place for Pokemon fans to be.

A little about myself.... Im 21 alnmost 22. I have been a fan of Pokemon since 1998 when my mom bought me Pokemon Red. Back when the craze started. I was hooked. I got Yellow, Gold and Silver. But then, unfortunatly, I grew out of it. Until a few years back when Diamond and Pearl came out. I bought Diamond and I was hooked again! I am currently saving up some money for a new DS and Soul Silver. The games are my first love. I also like the cards and love the thrill of getting that super rare card! I watch the older episodes of the anime but that is just nostalgia really. Cant stand it. lol.

But yeah Pokemon is the only thing my GF and me have in common. So along with bonding its a soft spot in me. Such warm memories from my childhood.

Since you like the Trading Card Game I really would suggest checking out the Pokemon Trading Card Games section that we have here as it would be nice to have another player to chat with about the game.

It looks like you missed the Generation III games since you came back when Pokemon Diamond and Pearl Versions were released. I found the Pokemon FireRed and LeafGreen (Pokemon Red and Green remakes) quite good and since you played the originals you may like it as well.
