Assuming this is lefit it seems Groudon is SoulSilver exclusive and Kyogre is HeartGold exclusive. If so then where does Rayquaza fit? Hmmm...
 
Huh, where did this supposedly come from? I can't make out the guide kana well enough to see what it says right off, and it's too late for me to want to get my dictionary out, but the text by Rayquaza does say something about "shift".

A new scan of what appears to be a page out of CoroCoro has surfaced on Japanese image boards, showing silhouettes of Kyogre, Groudon, and Rayquaza. According to Heerosferret, the scan says that once you beat the Elite Four in HeartGold and SoulSilver, Kyogre or Groudon, depending on which game you have, will begin to roam free in the wild for you to capture. Kyogre is available in HeartGold while Groudon is available in SoulSilver. Once you capture the Pokemon corresponding to your game, Rayquaza will appear and you can snatch it as well.
So when you catch Groudon or Koygre the green machine comes into roaming. I like the idea as GBA is starting to die down a bit. Also SILVER!

Scan #2: Fuck yeah! I like Silver's new look. Is that supposed to be the female Rocket Grant, or is it a special Team Rocket character? If the first, then seems like the Cassidy reference is gone. :p Doesn't really matter. I like this!
 
My heart skipped a beat when I saw Silver~<3

Now...with the dogs roaming and Latios and Latias it was cute...but Kyogre and Groudon? We're not talking about dog-like creatures or small dragons running around the region here...these are giant Pokemon. Seems kind of...weird.

Silver's hair has a Mars-esque cowlick now. :p

Ah, so the Weather titans from R/S/E are available in HG/SS post-E4. That makes sense.

Yes, it is slowly dying, but that doesn't make sence plot-wise.
How can so big Pokemon randomly roam, and how the heck did Groudon travel from Hoenn, an island to Johto? I suppose we'll find an explanation and fit it on the continuity, but on a first sight, it is kind of weird...
 
No if you saw before it got deleted apparently there was this brown bear looking thing behind his books. Kinda like a new Pokemon of sorts but whatever. Johto map is big smile and the 2 Pokemon instead of romaing how about Cinnibar and Dragons den?

Yes! I lost my Groudon from Emerald, so I'll get another chance. My theory is the gam is non-canon. meh, Silver looked better in my head.

Also where is the Silver artwork/images?

Wonder if Latias/Latios is in game too? The you'd have all Hoenn Legendaries. Wonder if you could still find rayquaza by trading over a groudon or Kyogre instead of capturing one, or would you need to capture one first?

Also if GBA games are slowly dying I hope there is least a chance that FR/LG Move tutors or better are added to these games. I want my Poliwrath with metronome back or my nidoking with mirror move.. I have lost my DS Lite and can't trade from my FR game.
 
Wow, that map certainly doesn't look like Johto! And doesn't look like Kanto, Johto or Hoenn either...
Maybe a new, (third?) region?
That square space looks like a Luna Park, if anything...

Nope, that's surely not the case.
I think that the time spaces after the Pokemon League are not concrete. That means that Groudon and Kyogre could appear in Johto/Kanto/new Region years after the Johto main events. That would not disturb the chronological place of GSC/HGSS, meaning before the Hoenn events. For the people that go with that theory, at least.

Maybe its Sevii or Orange Islands? Orange Islands are not yet in a game, but many expect Sevii to be because they were in FR/LG. Anyway, didn't the Hoenn events take place around the same time a RGB? So the Hoenn events would have happened around the 3 years before the events of GSC (Its not set in stone, but if the time difference was different between Hoenn events and RGB, then FR/LG might have used a time capsule like GSC, but it didn't.

Maybe that region is a new Hoenn from this timeline? Its in the same area (somewhere below) Kanto/Johto. Either that or its somewhere we already know but can't see it enough to be sure.

OH SHIT, CYNTHIA IS IN HGSS?! TWO BADASS CHAMPIONS IN ONE! This news just made my day-no week and I was having a pretty bad one. *faints*
