A really quick picture now...it turned out pretty well. Its completly Photoshop 7. The Groudon was hard to draw on the computer. I'll post this on TPM tomorrow, so you're getting an early release. Hooray for you!
 
Not to bad. Groudon could use somewhat more shading I think. The fire effect over it's body looks realky OK and the background's nice as well :)
 
Hey, that's awesome! I personally think Groudon would look a little better if you blurred him a bit, but that's just me ^-^"
 
I like the way you drew Groudon, the outlines are a little sharp but the Pokémon itself looks great.
Groudon is quite difficult to draw...I think you mastered it ;)

Some more details in the background would fit Groundon's many details, but it's okay as it is.

I think what the picture needs is a bit more shading to give some depth to the Pokemon, and adding some lighting to it will make it look more as if it is actually in its enviorment. The foreground seems bright, and if it weren't there it would be more easier to get away with lack of shading and lighting effects. But that is just me, you don't have to alter your picture when it already looks okay as it is.
