im asking pokemon that r part of each region

Like Ash cought most regional birds aspect Sparrow

What are the regional rodents, snakes, and more

Well Pokémon from any generation can appear anywhere so they're not turly restricted to their debut region, but you can look up the Pokédex by gen here:
Serebii.net X & Y Pokédex
The birds and rodents are often the first in each gen's list, so go through them.
Also I wouldn't really count Spearow as the typical early bird, that would be Pidgey for gen 1, while Spearow was more of a separate bird. Following them in gens 2-6 would be Hoothoot, Taillow, Starly, Pidove and Fletchling.
 
This really has nothing to do with the anime and you've already made this thread once before. Starting up another thread with the same topic after the original one was closed is not a good idea. Please stop doing this. With that said, I'll close the thread.
