Male Nidoran can breed with a Ditto and it will either hatch a Male or a Female Nidoran. It can also breed with a female Nidoran.

Ah. Maybe I was mistaking the males with the females for odd breeding. Well Im spending the rest of my night doing tradebacks so I cant trade now much less breed but if no one trades you one by tomorrow morning I can get you one.
