Two part Question, Part one: I traded some Pokemon with a friend and since realized (he told me) that one of the Pokemon I got he used an Action Replay to get. Is there anyway to tell just by examining the Pokemon that it is an illegitimate Pokemon, as I would like to verify the authenticity of some other Pokemon I have received. Part two: If I just release the Pokemon that are illegitimate will that be enough or do I have to restart my game?

So.......

It won't mess up your game. I mean, tons of people hacked Pokemon that are hard to get (such as the old ones when RS first came out).

It's not that big of a deal.

Personal preference I suppose, I would just rather use all legitimate Pokemon. However, thanks for your input.

Well, just get rid of it then.

it's only possible to tell if their data is somehow inconsistent. More than 510EV, wrong place/level caught, ... stuff like that
