What are the bads of having them ? I mean, a Weavile with Ice Punch on a Cherish Ball is obviosly not Legal, or A Darkrai Being an Exact copy of the movie one, as long as you only use it for battling, with legal stats, whats the bad of it ? I surely dont want to go to japan for just a Darkrai.

Not in the case of Darkrai. It, along with Shaymin and Arceus, haven't even been revealed in the US yet.

If you really want a Darkrai/Arceus/Shaymin, go to the Trade Coordination thread and see if anyone has one they'd at least trade with you. I managed to recieve a legit Darkrai from Japan that way, but you have to be willing to part with something valuable.
