Got it off of the GTS, is definitely hacked. It says it was met at level 49, and that it was met on Route 226. I would prefer one of the Regis, but I just want to get rid of it! Please post your offers here.
 
I'll take it. It's pretty, and I want to use it to fly and surf. :)
